Well, now, as it turns out, I think my last attempt to cover this topic was a success only in making a mess of time and space. They are separate, so I am told. Bundling them all together so haphazardly made my thoughts quite a bit more convoluted than they had to be. Since this issue has really been bothering me lately, I’m going to tease things out a bit more here....

When I was about ten, visiting my mother for the summer in Bullhead City, AZ, I met a man by the name of Mike Anderson.
